Rebecca Stewart, CPT, PPSC, is a body neutral strength coach and pain-free performance specialist. Having grown up through 2000’s diet culture and living with multiple chronic illnesses she knows first hand what it’s like to have a complicated relationship with your body, however she truly believes everyone deserves to feel good in their own skin. She’s guided by the principle that movement should be accessible, inclusive and supportive. With Rebecca you’ll find a safe space to grow, get stronger and shift into feeling at home in your body.
