Explore a diverse range of classes that cater to every body and every mood, from 25- to 60-minute sessions! I teach a variety of classes, from MetKon RX where we put the FUN in functional training to musically-powered cardio kickboxing to gentle yoga mobility and stretching, each class is a celebration of what your body CAN do! No judgment here - just enjoyable movement that leaves you feeling empowered and uplifted!
