I have a background as an animal trainer, mental health professional, and size-inclusive fitness trainer. Now I get to jokingly say that I went from training marine mammals to training humans!
Through my book, membership, and coaching, I help high achievers who are short on time transform their mindset and behaviors around healthy living so they can create sustainable changes that support their well-being and performance!
I wrote Healthy Living Doesn't Have to SUCK as a way to normalize we all fall into the trap of the fitness fads and diet trends, and to share that we CAN create a healthy lifestyle we love! In the book I share my own struggles, experiences, and successes with creating a health lifestyle - so you can expect to be entertained along the way and reminded that you are NOT alone!
I wrote my book to be conversational, so it’s like I’m right there with you as your coach! While the coaching process is a two-way interaction, I did my best to provide guided prompts and reflections for your self-guided coaching experience.
